I started at Copaco as a sales representative, then progressed to Product Manager and Team Leader, and since 1 January 2022 I have been Business Director. This shows that there are plenty of opportunities at Copaco. It also makes working here enjoyable; otherwise, I would not have stayed for 17 years.

Getting to know Copaco in 100 days

We pay a lot of attention to ensuring a smooth start. With our onboarding programme ‘Getting to know Copaco in 100 days’, we guide new colleagues from pre-boarding through to their first months in the role. You are assigned a buddy, get to know our organisation during an introduction day, follow relevant training via the Copaco Academy and have regular evaluation moments. This helps ensure that you quickly feel at home and can make a successful start.
