Copaco sells and distributes automation and telecom technology for resellers or parties who turn these products into end products and services.

Copaco serves its clients and suppliers with a highly skilled and motivated team of employees. The company offers knowledge-oriented distribution in a variety of countries; knowledge that’s connected to a central service and logistic system. Copaco delivers continuity when it comes to its price-quality ratio and makes sure to offer attractive propositions for its clients and suppliers, striving for optimum client satisfaction.

Copaco is an independent family-run company and wants to remain that way. Continuity is a priority. Therefore, it’s necessary to realize a healthy return on its assets. Copaco Netherlands has put business units into place within these two divisions, making it easier to turn to us with any questions you may have. You are supported by the business units with pre and post-sales support, marketing support, training, product lifecycle management and special bid processes.

Copaco Netherlands is the Total Knowledge and Fulfilment partner in the Netherlands and offers an extensive portfolio of products and services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Doing business digitally

Copaco Netherlands offers complete digital support, helping you save time and costs. We can send you your preferred net price and inventory lists on an everyday basis, for example. In addition, real-time price and inventory information offer you the possibility to automatically show updated information in your own online shop or ERP. Moreover, our digital connections and responses enable you to place your orders automatically and give you insight in order confirmations, delivery times, back order information, packing notes, serial numbers and track & trace information. Copaco Netherlands offers digital invoicing, approved by the Dutch tax authorities.

Logistic services

Copaco Netherlands seamlessly combines its position as a distributor of ICT solutions and supporting ICT services with an extensive selection of logistic services, such as our Warehouse Management Services. Copaco Netherlands is fitted with a warehouse function that enables a complete takeover of the inventory of both the supplier and the business partner. Combined with a varied choice of transport services, this means Copaco Netherlands offers a complete package.
