Delivery and collection
At Copaco you can easily track and check your order status. You can also request a proof of delivery and manage your own drop shipment addresses. Here you can find more information about delivering and collecting your orders at Copaco.
Delivery options
At Copaco you can arrange for all orders within the Netherlands to be delivered using drop shipment. Depending on the order and purchasing terms this may incur a charge. Such costs will be displayed during the process of placing your order.
Collection methods
Would you prefer to collect your order yourself? You can do this from our warehouse in Wijchen:

Check delivery status
Do you wish to check the status of your delivery? You can do this yourself in the order overview in your personal zone on Copaco.com.

Would you like a proof of delivery with your order? You can simply request one using the order overview in your personal zone at Copaco.com.
Go to order overviewAdd and manage drop shipment addresses
On Copaco.com you can easily add, amend and manage your drop shipment addresses. You can choose between two options:
- During your order you can change your drop shipment address compared to your usual address.
- You can use your ‘My Copaco account to find addresses saved under your profile. It is also simple to add, amend or remove new drop shipment addresses here.
Your order has not been delivered or has been delivered incomplete (shortage)
If your order has not been delivered or delivery has been incomplete, then you are dealing with a shortage. A shortage should be reported one business day after the billing and or delivery date. You can report this to us online by using the application form. You look up the delivery with the delivery number, the invoice number, or your order reference. Immediately after your application you will receive a registration number from us by email. We will then keep you informed of the status.
After assessment and approval of your application, we will credit you. Please contact us to receive the products that have not been delivered. In case of a double delivery, you must submit a return request.
