To serve the customers even better, Copaco is shifting up a gear. As of today, we will provide customers with additional information about the time slot in which your parcel delivery will take place. On the day of delivery, you will receive the time slot by email when the carrier will arrive with the parcel.

We politely ask you to make sure that: 
  • contact person with email and / or phone number is given to ensure the delivery runs as smoothly as possible;
  • at the time of delivery, there is always someone present to receive the goods.
We have a handy poster that you can hang in a visible place where the parcel will be delivered. You can let the delivery man know someone's available to accept the delivery by hanging this poster.
