Together with Hans Demeyer, Copaco organises one masterclass on this theme. Hans Demeyer wrote – in collaboration with Tom Braekeleirs the “Shiny Goals Business Development Program” for Microsoft Europe with which more than 200 European IT partners created their own sustainable and profitable business model. Hans is also certified trainer for Microsoft's Crossover workshops. More than 100 partners were already successfully inspired during these sessions. For many it was a real game changer.

Copaco's Masterclass combines the best of both programs mentioned above in one intensive day with guaranteed inspiration. Afterwards you will understand why customers today and in the future your services will be in a very different way decrease. You will have extra skills to observe and think scenario-based.
