Copaco Cloud - Using CSAT to improve your security

using csat to improve your security

Last week, Copaco announced a partnership with QS solutions; expert in cybersecurity solutions. A valuable addition to Copaco's portfolio. After all, the figures below show that checking and improving your digital security is no superfluous luxury.

Cyber attacks and data breaches already cost companies worldwide more than $400 billion annually. But studies predict that this amount will rise rapidly if security does not improve. An urgency because things are still going wrong in the business environment. Apps are downloaded without permission, devices are left unattended and two-step verification is skipped.

We hear from partners that they know the risks but sometimes find it difficult to understand digital security. Both those of customers and their own. Through collaboration with QS solutions, we offer our partners a tool that provides insight and points for improvement in terms of security: the Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT).

Using this tool, cyber attacks within your organisation or that of your customer can be mitigated. As this is a new addition to our cloud portfolio, we would like to tell you a bit more about it.

How does CSAT work?

The Cyber Security Assessment Tool was developed by experienced security experts. It assesses the organisation's current security status and suggests fact-based improvements. The tool collects relevant data from the IT environment, such as:

  • Endpoints, both workstations and servers
  • The local Active Directory and/or the Azure AD
  • The Microsoft 365 tenant and services (office)
  • The Azure tenant and subscription
  • The Azure resource

CSAT Quickscan for SMEs

The CSAT provides recommendations and an action plan to improve security within your organisation. It is the perfect way to up-sell to new security projects/licences and convince your customers to take security seriously.

What happens to my data?

The scanned data is only used to provide practical insights for better security positioning. The information collected is not shared with third parties and is deleted based on QS solutions' data retention policy.

Note: Microsoft does not get any insight into the report you receive.
