Description

Azure Identity is the basis for authenticating users in Office 365, but also so much more. In the meantime, it has become the core of the entire Microsoft cloud, with a focus on security.

In this practical workshop with a correct mix of presentations and hands-on-labs, you will learn how to correctly synchronize an existing Active Directory with Azure Active Directory, and from there on implement the necessary security features such as Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, etc.  You will also learn the differences between federation, password hash sync and passthrough authentication, in order to determine exactly which is the best solution for your customers.

Finally, we look in more detail at a number of specific options for security via Azure AD Premium P1 / P2 - M365 E5.
