You can count on support in different types of cloud projects: going from the development phase to roll-out and migration. We also support our partners, including you, with the launch of their cloud proposition.
We will work together with you in establishing and moving datacenters, and installing new hardware related to server, storage and networking products. Our staff have all the necessary knowledge, experience and certification in-house to provide you with the best support in doing so.
As important as a good digital infrastructure is its security and back-up procedure. With Copaco Professional Services you will work together with our expert consultants to provide your customers with the necessary security to meet today’s needs. We can also help with advice on making backups, writing a backup plan and organising its roll-out.

Field Services
Permanent access to flexibly deployable field engineers
Using Field Services from Copaco you will never be short of technical staff. Whether it’s a roll-out from a single workplace to racking & stacking an entire datacenter. Our field engineers can be deployed in a flexible manner for all kinds of projects, which they can carry out on behalf of your company.

Our Field Engineers can install, move, add, adapt or remove pretty much any kind of hardware and software on location. Ranging from the installation to the certified removal of data and the disposal of packaging material and old hardware. This is then processed in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Does your customer require help in moving to a new building, providing a workstation for a new employee or replacing a defective system? Copaco Field Services will assist you in moving and transporting an entire workplace. Besides installing diverse devices, we can also help the new user to get started. In doing so he or she will be up and running right away.
Our Field Engineers can solve a technical problem on your company’s behalf at any time. Our engineers are also available to help with installation, repairs and maintenance of software and hardware. Helpful when you need some extra hands at that particular moment.
Preconfig Services
Customer-specific configuration
Before ordered products leave our warehouse, we will modify them with the customer’s specific configuration. The very fact that Preconfig Services are based in our distribution centre means this can be done quickly and efficiently.
These are the Preconfig Services at Copaco:
Ranging from workstations to water-cooled game computers: we can preconfigure all specific systems. Of course, it is also possible to equip systems with additional components, such as working memory, hard drives or graphics cards. We can also transfer data or install software packages up front.
It is possible to equip devices with specific modifications. Examples include images, amendments to the BIOS, implementation of firmware updates and sys preps. Of course, this not only applies to computers and laptops, but also to accessories, tablets and smartphones.
The option is available to use us for the temporary storage of products you have ordered. We will then deliver them – if required - in phases or directly. Preconfig Services at Copaco can also provide you with Value Added Logistics. As an example, we can label the computers with your customers’ branding.
