- 1. This is a promotion only for resellers from Belgium or Luxembourg with the “Authorized” or “Gold” partner status acknowledged by DELL. Copaco Belgium reserves the right to check this status with Dell in order to admit participation or eligibility to this promotion. Based on this information Copaco Belgium reserves the right to accept or reject participation to this promotion.

- Only the first five Gold or Authorized Dell resellers who are invoiced 15.000,00 euro (ex VAT) combined with the highest Year over Year growth revenue in the same period during the previous year by Copaco Belgium for stocked Dell Optiplex devices (that are available on our webshop) and during the action period will receive a VIP ticket for the Zesdaagse van Gent. Dell Client Peripherals and Displays that are compatible with the ordered Dell Optiplex device(s) are also eligible for this incentive if they are placed on the same order as the Dell Optiplex device(s).
- Copaco Belgium will communicate regularly and personally to the participating reseller, what the progression or status is of the achieved turnover during the action period.
- Only one VIP ticket for the 15th of November to attend the Zesdaagse van Gent by winning reseller is allowed. If one of the winners of this incentive won’t be able to attend the event of the 15th of November, the ticket will go to the next reseller with the highest score that is able to attend the event on the 15th of November.
- Copaco Belgium will communicate the outcomes of this promotion and reserves the right to reject any claims based on the terms and conditions of the incentive.
- Only orders placed at and invoiced by Copaco Belgium within the action period are subject to eligibility to this promotion.
- The selected DELL products applicable for this incentive are the current Optiplex, Display and Client Peripherals that are available on the webshop.
