It is now easier than ever to place your order at Copaco.com. Need some help? You can check below how the whole process works. Here you can find more information on changing an order, how to cancel an order and how to check the order status yourself. Good to know: do you intend ordering a product on Copaco.com? You first need to become a customer.
If you intend placing an order, you will first need to log in with your account. No account yet? Then go to our ‘become a customer’ page. You can register here.
The order process works as follows: Use the navigation, filtering and/or search function to find what you wish to order. Have you found what you would like to order? Then open the product page and click on the order button. Be extra fast in placing an order? Then click on express view. In doing you so you can place orders in your personal shopping basket and immediately continue shopping. Once your order is complete click at the top on ‘Go to shopping basket' to place your order.
In your shopping basket you will see a summary of all products that you wish to order. You can still remove products or adapt the required quantity before placing the order. It is also possible to request a quotation or save the contents of the shopping basket as an order template, allowing you to easily order the same products again next time. Are you ready with any changes? Then click on ‘go to order' to place your order. You will then pass through a number of steps.
Here you will see your invoice address and delivery address. This is where you can define whether you would like to collect the order and can change the delivery address. Is everything filled in correctly? On to the next step! To continue click on ‘continue with order'.
Enter your own order reference and select the distribution method. It is also possible to add a message for the delivery note and to request your preferred delivery date. Click once again on ‘continue with order' to go to the next step.
You are now able to select your payment method. There are various options:
Do you have a payment limit? It is also possible to pay on account. Find out more in paying or contact us. To continue click on ‘continue with order'.
Before placing your final order you will receive a complete order summary. This also displays a summary of all costs. Always be sure to check carefully whether everything is correct. Is everything correct? Then click on ‘send order'. Your order has now been confirmed!
At the end you will see a summary of your order. You can now track your order using your order overview in your ‘My Copaco’ account:
Go to order overviewHave you just placed an online order but you still wish to make an amendment? Then contact Copaco or your contact person as quickly as possible. This is the only way to potentially amend your order. It is not possible to amend your order yourself online
You can use your personal order overview in your account to submit a cancellation request for one or more products in an order. You start the request by choosing the product for which you want to request a cancellation. If a product has already been shipped or delivered or in case of a license, already been ordered, it is no longer possible to cancel this product. Immediately after your application you will receive a registration number from us by email. We will then keep you informed of the status.
Request a cancellationOnce you have placed an order on Copaco.com, you can track its progress yourself using your ‘My Copaco’ account. All of your orders and the status of each order can be found in the order overview.
