Place an order
If you intend placing an order, you will first need to log in with your account. No account yet? Then go to our ‘become a customer’ page. You can register here.
The order process works as follows: Use the navigation, filtering and/or search function to find what you wish to order. Have you found what you would like to order? Then open the product page and click on the order button. Be extra fast in placing an order? Then click on express view. In doing you so you can place orders in your personal shopping basket and immediately continue shopping. Once your order is complete click at the top on ‘Go to shopping basket' to place your order.
In your shopping basket you will see a summary of all products that you wish to order. You can still remove products or adapt the required quantity before placing the order. It is also possible to request a quotation or save the contents of the shopping basket as an order template, allowing you to easily order the same products again next time. Are you ready with any changes? Then click on ‘go to order' to place your order. You will then pass through a number of steps.
Step 1: Address
Here you will see your invoice address and delivery address. This is where you can define whether you would like to collect the order and can change the delivery address. Is everything filled in correctly? On to the next step! To continue click on ‘continue with order'.
Step 2: Dispatch
Enter your own order reference and select the distribution method. It is also possible to add a message for the delivery note and to request your preferred delivery date. Click once again on ‘continue with order' to go to the next step.
Step 3: Payment
You are now able to select your payment method. There are various options:
- Pay directly with iDeal (NL)
- Pay directly with Bancontact (BE)
- Pay directly with a bank transfer

Step 4: Summary
Before placing your final order you will receive a complete order summary. This also displays a summary of all costs. Always be sure to check carefully whether everything is correct. Is everything correct? Then click on ‘send order'. Your order has now been confirmed!
At the end you will see a summary of your order. You can now track your order using your order overview in your ‘My Copaco’ account:
