At Copaco you can arrange for all orders within the Netherlands to be delivered using drop shipment. Depending on the order and purchasing terms this may incur a charge. Such costs will be displayed during the process of placing your order.

On Copaco.com you can easily add, amend and manage your drop shipment addresses. You can choose between two options:
You may be faced with a deficient order in which products are missing. Please report this at the latest within one day of the invoice or delivery date. We will only treat a report of a deficient order upon receiving the fully completed deficient order declaration. You will then immediately receive a registration number from Copaco.
Have you received a double delivery? Those wishing to return the goods should commence the RMA procedure. Upon receipt of the original goods or of a confirmation from the haulier or supplier of the final deficiency Copaco will proceed with the credit process.Start RMA procedure
