    Microsoft 365 NCE: Promotions & advice

    As we know, following Microsoft Azure, the other CSP subscriptions such as Office 365 and Microsoft 365 will also become available within the New Commerce Experience (NCE) model. Did you miss this communication? Then please visit this page for more information.

    We understand that this is going to have an impact and that you may still be searching for what is the right choice for your customers in this. The NCE subscriptions are expected to be added to our marketplace in early February. Nevertheless, we would like to give you some advice on how to deal with this. This has to do with two developments including an interesting promo of 5%.

    Price changes

    As indicated in previous communications, effective March 1, 2022, 6 subscriptions (Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft 365 E3, Office 365 E1, Office 365 E3 and Office 365 E5) will have their prices increased, ranging from 9 to 25%.

    Promotions

    The arrival of the Microsoft NCE subscriptions also brings with it two promos (*).

    • On the 12-month subscriptions you will receive a discount of 5% until March 31, 2022.
    • On the 1-month subscriptions, until June 30, 2022, the 20% increase associated with them will not be passed on.
    • These promos do not apply to Windows 365 subscriptions.

    Advice

    Do you want to continue enjoying these benefits for as long as possible, and thus delay the upcoming price increase for your customers?

    • Then convert your current subscriptions to the new NCE subscriptions as late as possible before March 1, 2022. The later you do this, the longer you will benefit.
    • In this way, take advantage of the 5% price advantage for 12 months through February 2023. Also for users who are added in the meantime.
    • This means that your customer will not be eligible for the price increase on the relevant subscriptions until 2023.

    Until then, you can simply continue to purchase the current CSP subscriptions for your customers.
